How to Change or Cancel an Order

We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed.
  • There is an approximately 30-minute timeframe in which you can cancel your order:
    • Select the Cancel Order button from the order confirmation page or
    • Go to the Order Status page:
      • Enter your order number or email associated with the order and your billing zip code to locate your order.
      • Click on View Order Details, then select Cancel Order.
        • If the option is not available, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Not all orders have a full 30-minute timeframe to be cancelled. To make sure you get your gear as quickly as possible, some orders may process faster so we can get it to you in less time. Once the order has processed, we are unable to cancel it.
  • Items in an order cannot be modified once the order is placed:
    • If you are unable to cancel your order, please utilize our quick and easy return/exchange process.
    • HOKA.com orders shipped within the continental US are eligible for free return shipping within 30 days of receiving. (60 days for HOKA Members)
    • To generate a complimentary return shipping label, click HERE to begin the return or exchange process.
How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
While we won't be able to modify the shipping address, you can reroute your package to an Access Point or Hold Location near you.

Shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees.
What Are My Choices for Shipping Within the United States?
We offer 3 different methods of delivery:
  • Standard Shipping (up to 5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Fastest Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Online purchases may include a 24 to 48-business-hour processing time before the shipping method is applied. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal US Holidays. Standard shipment times will vary based on your location.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders shipping via Domestic Ground (Standard Shipping) should process the same business day (all days except Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays) if received before 10:00 AM PT.
Orders shipping via Air Service (Expedited or Fastest Shipping) methods should process same business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays) when received before 8:00 AM PT.
If received after 8:00 AM PT, order shipping via air service should process the following business day. All packages are delivered on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays).
PLEASE NOTE: These processing times are dependent on a number of factors, including payment verification and the volume of orders received at our warehouse.
Multiple Shipments
If there are multiple items on a single order, some items may ship separately. Once your order is placed, an authorization for the order total is placed on your account. Because you are not charged until the items ship, you may see multiple increments of charges adding up to the order total. After the charges have processed, the authorization on your account will be removed in accordance with your bank’s policies.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, HOKA.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.

How To Measure

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the below steps:

  1. Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper.
  2. In a straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot.
  3. If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart on the next page. Foot length will determine your shoe size - round up or down to the closest size within 2mm.
